Charger Troubleshooting

If your charger is not working as intended, please try the following steps:

The charger screen is off, and the unit appears to be dead

• Verify that the circuit breaker feeding the charger is ON. Note that your breaker may look slightly different

• If the breaker is OFF, flip to ON and give the charger 5 minutes to boot up
  
  
• Once the unit powers back up, do not plug the vehicle in until you see the main screen, and the connectivity icon in the upper right corner matches this:

• Once that icon appears, plug your vehicle in and charging should begin
• Confirm the emergency stop - red button on the left side of the charger - has not been pushed in
  
  
• If the emergency stop button is pushed in, twist the button for so that it pops back out. The unit will now need to be reset
