Charger Troubleshooting

If your charger is not working as intended, please try the following steps:

• Unplug the bus, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it in again
• Make sure to firmly push the charger into the port on the bus until you hear a click
• Once the charger LED light blinks white (or turns solid white, if neighboring buses are already plugged in), you’re done!
  

• Verify that the emergency stop
  button has not been pushed in the charger
  
  • Twist the red knob to the left
    to reset it
  • Try plugging in again
