Charger Troubleshooting

If your charger is not working as intended, please try the following steps

• Unplug the charger, wait a FULL 30 seconds.  You may hear bus switches and relays as it is checking itself.  Reinsert the charging handle into the port and ensure you hear a ‘CLICK’. Instructions for problem situations are given on the device's display
• If the charging session is not initiated, follow your company’s issue reporting procedures. Be sure to tell them the time, date, and Charger ID with which the error occurred
