Charger Troubleshooting

If your charger is not working as intended, please try the following steps:

If the bus or charging dispenser light is red:

  • Unplug the charger, wait a FULL 30 seconds
    • You may hear bus switches and relays as it is checking itself
    • Reinsert the charging handle into the port and ensure you hear a ‘CLICK’
  • If the above steps do not resolve your issue, please follow your company’s issue reporting procedures. Be sure to tell them the time, date, and charger ID with which the error occurred

If the LED light on the dispenser is any color other than green or blue, follow your company’s issue reporting procedures. Be sure to tell them the time, date, and charger ID with which the error occurred
